Through our Professional Director Development programmes, we equip individuals with the requisite skill and knowledge to be competent board members. However, the goal is not for you to have a certificate on your wall but rather, for you to utilise your training by sitting and serving on as many boards as you desire.
To that effect, Directors Association places qualifying candidates on various boards of various organisations.
Through our Directors Association National Director Database, we place candidates on various boards based on their Competency Rating (CR). Each candidate is assessed and given a CR score which we use to do determine what types of boards a candidate can serve on based on their skill, experience, knowledge, preferred industry and other criteria we use.
Furthermore, we have created and launched the first National Women’s Director Database which promotes the placement of women on boards. Through this database, we are able to market qualifying female candidates to boards across the country.
